Content Aggregation
Content aggregation is one of Contify’s core functional areas. The company has content licensing agreements with over 250 publications, including major publications like The Indian Express, India Today and niche magazines like Business of Fashion, Communications Today, etc.
The partnerships are aimed at marketing and distribution of the contents of the publications to a wide network of global business information databases — Dow Jones Factiva, Thomson Reuters, Bloomberg and LexisNexis. Subscribers to these databases comprise highly valued corporate professionals.
The processing of contents, sourced from a large and diverse group of publishers, is contingent upon the optimal use of in-house technology and finding a way through complex processes. The content operations and technology teams at Contify ensure the extraction, formatting and categorisation of the otherwise massive portfolio of unorganized contents and make them reader-friendly. Additionally, Contify ensures that the contents are delivered to the global audience on time.
What is more, Contify is changing the dynamics of the otherwise non-transparent content aggregation industry by providing its partners an online-dashboard detailing the transmission of content, revenues received and royalty due to them. Integrity and trust are integral to Contify culture, and with each step forward, the company hopes to give a whole new image to the concept of content aggregation, based on these values.
Below are some of the primary categories under which Contify distributes the contents of its publication partners.
